In 2022 Australian designer and TV presenter Barry Dubois, alongside Dr Judith Lacey, presented a white paper to Parliament House that seeks to start a national conversation on the importance of integrative oncology.
Healing Touch is one of the valued complementary therapies offered to cancer patients and their families at Solaris Cancer Care. Barry Du Bois openly shared his cancer journey and how complementary therapies worked for him on the Studio 10 (TV) program.
“Watching this made me really proud to be a part of this organisation, and I think it’s nice for us to be reminded of the amazing work we do, and the difference we make in people’s lives,” said Healing Touch Practitioner, Instructor and Program Director, Dr Rosalie Van Aken.
